Performance Information
Shine Bright: Christmas Party and Performance! Our dancers will have the opportunity to showcase some of what they’ve been learning this season, and celebrate the holidays with their friends and family! Our event will consist of a short performance, interactive activities and a dance party. Your child will only be in one session held in the afternoon/evening. Performance fee includes attire, accessories, crafts, and venue costs. Registration must be done online through the Parent Portal after October 1st. Session times will be released closer to the event. We look forward to celebrating the season with all of our stars!
End of Season Dance Recital! Our dancers will showcase their talent at our annual end of season recital. Performance costumes are included in the monthly price of your tuition. The performance fee includes a trophy, program, digital download of the show and the venue costs. Your dancer will be in only one show based on which class they attend. Your child will be in a Ballet, Tap or a Hip Hop routine. Tickets are required for our Spring Recital. Our End of Season Performance is assumed participation unless we are notified of nonparticipation. Stay tuned for our theme and recital information announcements!

Please check our website any time after March 1st for the rehearsal schedule and genre of dance. We look forward to seeing all of our stars on stage!
Performance Fee
If you would like your dancer to participate in the event, the performance fee of $65.00 is due November 1st. Registration must be done through the Parent Portal on the online store to participate.
The performance fee includes performance attire, accessories, crafts, and venue expenses. When registering for the event. Please select the correct size t-shirt/tutu for your dancer when registering. Boys attire will also be provided. These items will be available upon arrival of the event. We recommend your child wear white biker shorts, leotard or leggings under the garments provided. Tights are not required, but they are welcome to wear skin colored tights if you prefer. We will notify you of which dance shoes they will wear for the performance closer to the event. Costumes will not be worn for this performance.

Our event will be general admission. 5 Tickets will be included with every child’s performance fee. Your child performing will not need a ticket, and any child 2 and under will not need a ticket. We will have limited seats, so we will release additional tickets to be purchased for $5 closer to the event.

Dress Rehearsal
Dress rehearsal will take place the same day in the morning before the shows, please arrive in costume. Rehearsal consists of stage time and professional photography of individuals and group shots. Dancers are required to arrive to rehearsal in full costume. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsal time for dancer check in, and rehearsal should last around one hour. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to see what time your child’s class will rehearse.
Recital Fee
If you would like your dancer to participate in the recital, the recital fee of $65.00 is due March 1st. If you are enrolled in auto-pay the recital fee will automatically be charged with your tuition on March 1st. The recital is not required, so if you do not plan on having your child attend please inform us by February 1st.
The recital fee includes a memorable year program, trophy, and a digital video of the full show. It also pays for our facility rental, all of the light and sound crew as well as all of the workers backstage etc. The costume is NOT included in this fee, as it is built in to your yearly tuition($90 value). If you do not plan on your child attending, they will still receive a costume. We will order your dancer’s recital costume based on your dancer’s measurements. Our dance instructors have taken the measurements during dance class. Costumes will be distributed at your child’s preschool or recreation center the first week of May. Tickets
Tickets are $10.00 for general admission and $20.00 for premium seating. Our shows will be assigned seat ticketing, so you will need to reserve tickets for everyone in your party at one time. Ticket sales open one month prior to the recital on April 25, 2024. Each family can purchase up to 12 tickets. We will send a detailed update and instructions on how to purchase your tickets during April. Smaller children are welcome to sit on laps, but if they require an additional seat you will need to purchase a separate ticket. Any left over seats will be available to purchase the week of the recital. We cannot guarantee seats will be available at the door.
